About Iron Oak Society
Iron Oak Society is a brotherhood forged through challenge, strengthened through discipline, and built for men committed to rising into who they were meant to become.
We exist to forge men through challenge, brotherhood, and purpose. We are husbands, fathers, business owners, warriors, and leaders who refuse complacency.
The Crisis Every Man Feels
Too many men today are living on autopilot—stuck in comfortable but unfulfilling lives. Iron Oak exists to challenge men to wake up—to take ownership of their lives, sharpen their character, and step fully into the man they are capable of becoming.
The Forge
The Forge is our entry point—a challenging application process that tests confidence and character. When life feels like you're being buried, remember: you're not being buried—you're being planted.
The Path
Our framework for masculine development focuses on the Six F's: Faith, Family, Fitness, Finance, Friendship, and Fun. Each pillar represents a critical area of a man's life that requires intentional cultivation.
Brotherhood
Iron Oak provides a community of men who sharpen each other, share wisdom, and hold one another accountable. True brotherhood is forged through shared challenge and mutual respect.
Our Leadership
Iron Oak Society is led by a team of dedicated owners and board members including Josh Hawkins, Brandon Hornby, Andy Farmer, Greg Strunk, Aaron Clippinger, and Octavian Belostecinic.
